I was a witness to a small family viewing the property and I watched the real estate agents actions and tone she used with them and I was filled with disgust. I seen full blatant Racism as they were people of colour and I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism. I approached the family afterwards to ensure they were okay and to give them reassurance that I seen first hand what had happened. Absolutely appalled and I believe speaking up and writing this review is appropriate.

A few minor defects were identified when we moved in and Caroline sorted them with speed and ease!
